This product is the "Bee's Knees"! It adds wonderful functionality to the DT Swiss hubs. Unfortunately it makes me lust for an even higher number of POE.

Stupid simple upgrade. Pop the old ones off, pop the new ones in. No tools needed. Check out the videos on the interweb for more details.
I wouldn't say this is a must do upgrade, but it was worth the money. I noticed the increased POE a little in techy terrain. I could see 72 POE, like on CKs, being even better, but the 350s came on my bike and 36 POE is fine.
