If you like to carry a lot of stuff like I do then the CamelBak Mule is the bag for you. It has enough room for my light weight packable jacket, some Clif Bars, iPhone, multi tool, wallet, Nite Rider TriNewt battery pack on night rides, flat repair kit plus 100oz of water with room to spare. This can also be a bad thing because of the room in this bag it can get heavy so avoid bringing that extra jersey and shorts unless you are really going to need them. I would not recomend using any drink mixes in the bladder. It took me several washings to get the taste out of it. I could also see that if not cleaned properly the sugars could create a mold problem.
