I love Honey Stinger Gold!! This stuff stands out from your everyday bland, chalky, gross gels in taste and performance. One of the main reasons I used to stay away from gels (consequently relying on bananas that are hard to digest and awkward to carry) is the fact that they really are not real food.. Honey Stingers ARE real food -- honey, water, salt and electrolytes is all that you are ingesting.. The energy boost is immediate and lasts a good 40 minutes in most cases..

Summed up: Bottom line - Honey Stingers WORK and taste great!
