Review of the Problem Solvers Handlebar Shim 25.4 to 31.8mm with 44mm in length:
Does as intended it allows be to use a 31.8 stem with my 25.4 bars at a miniscule amount of money.

Not sure how it will look after a few years on the bike, because it appears to be some alloy not aluminum, so I hope it don't rust. I may end up painting it black.

Yes, I would recomend this to a friend.
