anwered by: mlewis You will need to make sure your rear derailleur can handle a 34t rear cog, a Dura-Ace RD-7700 for example can only handle up to a 26t rear cog.

Solid performer. Heavy construction = durability. When set up correctly, shifting is swift and precise. Have to replace my original, finally worn down the teeth after 10K touring miles. I may be partly to blame for that; pay close attention to the chain and replace at regualr intervals. Easily taken apart for cleaning and general maintenance. Excellent gear range for loaded touring
