flip_like09I got to do this at least once a year so i wont complain about my drivetrain. It needs longer housing for large and xl bikes.

sheltmanThese cables were a breeze to install. I didn't have cutters, but I used a dremel with cutoff bit. Worked like a charm. The Ripcord cables sure did make my derailleurs shift like a dream.

jeepskateGreat product, took care of the shifting problems I had previously. The colors are a nice touch as well.

ame92cI can't say enough about Jagwire. These cables and every Ripcord product they sell is just flawless. Switching from Shimano cables to Jagwire is just ridiculous. I've bought 4 sets now and can honestly say they are better than the Gore cables. TFB typically has the cheapest price.

A GuestFairly priced. Everything I needed to set up front and rear shifters. I prefer the black cable covering to the red on the SRAM cables.

migueljosetovarThese cables are a great way to upgrade the look and function of any bike. Installation was pretty smooth. I had plenty of parts and housing for my K2 hardtail. Make sure you get a good pair of cutters before you start.

gpanzaEasy to install and looks great. Make sure you have sharp clips to cut the cable or else getting the furrules on is a challenge.

A GuestThe kit is high quality. There were a lot of end fittings and a sealer tube I didn't use because I just replicated what came on my Specialized Stumpjumper. After watching the video on Tree Fort, I will try the appropriate fittings next time I replace a cable. Be sure and measure your old housing before you pitch it and make sure your new housing is the same length before you cut it.

A GuestThese are very well designed housings and cable. Very slick cables.

A GuestThis is a very smooth shifting cable and housing. It felt like I had a new derailleur and cassette. The only problem I had was getting the product out of the oddly shaped circular box the cables and housings came in. The cables are coiled up and somehow they both "leaped" out of the box and I didn't notice until I sucked them up with the vacuum cleaner.
There are lots of little fittings that come with the set and it wasn't clear what they were for so I just made the new setup replicate the original setup and it works great. An instruction sheet explaining all the little parts would be helpful.

A GuestI love it so far. It was easy to install after I figured out what ends went to what. My bike never shifted so good. Would absolutely buy it again. TreeFort is awesome too, Will be shopping here again as well.

jonmeinNice cables and housing.
Straightforward to install.
Housing can be cut with dremel cut-off wheel to avoid crushing.

Greg88I like the seals, be careful while pulling so the teflon doesn't get scraped off the other end.
I think they have stretched a bit since I've had to make some minor adjustments after a 100 miles of so.

vkoo87I will probably only use Jagwire cable housings considering the price and awesome colors that are available. I did find myself tightening the barrel adjuster a few rides in to re-tighten the included shifter cables.

A GuestI like the sealed housing to keep out sweat and dirt. I really like the available colors instead of just black.
To install one needs to be able to cut the cables without fraying the end and be able to install cable end into shifter.

rash53Didn't come with enough housing for my setup but emailed Jagwire and they promptly sent extra.
