A GuestWay too pricey but they made my existing road cycling shoes a lot better than they were. Good arch support

A GuestThis is my first time using this kind of insoles, and I put them into my well worn Sidis. I didn't do the oven thing, so it took 4 or 5 rides for them to get fully adjusted. Frankly surprised at what a difference they make... feet feel great even after long rides, and I feel like my feet are always in the right position. Will probably use this or similar products a lot in the future. Though price seems crazy high for insoles. We'll see how long they last.

pdpfeiferI bought these in hopes to improve arch support and breath some life into my 2 1/2 year old Shimano M182 shoes. These are my only cycling shoes so they are pressed into road and off road duty. They never had adequate arch support but I've never developed hot spots while riding.
Set up was easy. Trimming then heating them in the oven was a synch. Most inserts are so thick that they ruin the fit of the shoe. These fit great.
My experience while road riding was neutral. Unfortunately, I was less impressed with them while mountain biking. During a long MTB ride I developed some serious hot spots.
Overall- These inserts slightly improved the arch support in my shoes but have decreased the comfort of the shoes. If you are searching for an insert to replace your old one then buy something cheaper. I should have saved the cash for a new pair of shoes. Oh well.
