I have Catrikes, Road, Exxpedition and a 700. On all of them I replaced the stock neck rest with a Krispysteve neck rests. This baby (31.8 mm) works great attaching the front rack arms to the neck rest post. No muss, no fuss install.

I converted my road bike to a touring bike and this allowed me to mount the rack in the back. It works great!
