They took a closer look at the smaller details, adding a carbon upper rocker link, forged alloy lower linkage and a 12x142mm rear thru-axle spacing, making the Jet 9 RDO lighter and more robust than ever before. The CVA suspension used on the Jet 9 is the only full suspension designed to take advantage of the unique geometry of 29ers. With the lower swingarm linkage underneath the bottom bracket, chain torque neutralizes the power loss that most other designs encounter. CVA is different from other parallel link designs in that it works to remain fully active while isolating pedal forces under all conditions, and across all chainrings.
