These were the easiest fenders I've ever installed. The fit is great on my Vaya, and they seem plenty sturdy. I did use the optional v-stay for the rear, which makes it very rigid, the front fender can use a stay as well but I bypassed that since I leave the front off in good weather. Coverage is not as good as a full length fender, but plenty to keep spray off my back and off the bike.
Summed up: Easy to use, looks great, came with all necessary hardware!
Yes, I would recomend this to a friend.

These are nice looking, but mine came with a slight twist to the rear, so it looks crooked unless the optional hardware is installed. That would be the only reason for 4 stars. Can't complain too much on a $20 clip-on fender set that looks great otherwise. I agree with the other reviewer, nice addition to the Vaya!
