TRX-2 Ultimate Commuter Rear Rack
Wether you are thinking of ditching the car a couple days a week or sold the car years ago, at some point you are going to need to carry stuff in order to make your bike viable transportation. The swept back legs will give you better heel clearance when using bigger bags on a shorter wheelbase bike.

I have a 2013 Specialized hardrock sport (L19) w disc brakes would this rack fit

Since the disc brake is mounted on the seat stay of that bike, you'll need to look for a disc brake specific rack. This one will likely interfere with your brake.
