Sizing runs large on this helmet. I ordered to my size range, and it fits because of the great strap system, but I could have gone a full size smaller. I am 59, and I ordered a M/L. A S/M would have fit, because I tried a friends S/M on after purchasing.
The fit system and strap setup on this helmet is great. The fit system is fully floating so it can adjust well to your head shape and size. The straps are lightweight and thin, but seem really strong.
This helmet would work for off-road riding, but without a visor, there are better helmets for offroad.
Also, styling is kind of bulbous and starting to look a bit dated - especially when compared to other premium helmets on the market.

I could only select the strap system as a dislike for some reason, but I actually like it.

I have owned a number of road helmets over the years, including Bell and Giro. I used a Lazer 02 for about two seasons, and decided a month ago to upgrade. To me the Rollsys adjustment system is what sets Lazer apart from others. The Helium is a fabulous helmet with all the greatest, most advanced features - that can be seen in most reviews and on the Lazer website. Has: Great looks, great sizing, great fit, great venting, great chin strap. In my experience few helmets - including all the other expensive top brands - have all these features. I give it a 9.5 out of 10 overall.

After trying and failing with a number of other European manufacturers, I finally found a high-quality helmet to fit my huge noggin that you don't see in every other bike shop. Love the rolling adjustment system and the magnetic clasp on the chin strap. Very comfortable, lots of air flowing through.
