jas...@gm...l.comAs far as function goes, these rims are great. They are well-built and straight. For the price, these are hard rims to beat.
My only issue is cosmetics...I bought two rims and the brand decals on them are rubbish...bubbling, peeling, and ugly. Peeling them off, I found rough areas at the joint and light scratches underneath.
Wheels are for using, so I won't care in the long run, but my brand-new wheel build is going to start off looking generic and worn-in.

A GuestMakes a 28C GP4 All Season actually sit @ 28mm wide...
Excellent choice for 210-2##lb riders who run 25-8C tires. Tire behaves much better @ lower pressures than on a 19mm wide rim in the larger sizes bigger riders need to run, IMO.

A GuestThese wheels create a positive emotional connection on my very old Klein touring bike. New stainless spokes, polished up 28 year old Campy record 36 hole hubs, continental 4000s tires.... happy, comfy, like a new bike feel.(Carbon fork helps too)
Not a good choice for those wanting to ride a potato chip or a rectangle as these machined fab wheels have the round and true and efficient thing going on. Did i mention they looks great?

A GuestI now have three sets of wheels built with A23s. They are the most comfortable and better rolling wheels I have. Mined you I have many bikes and that many more sets of wheels including Zipps, Easton SLX, Mavic sups etc.. .
A 23 s are the most cofortable and they corner like nothing i have seen befor and made in USA.

A GuestI haA set of a23s and I love them so much so that I am converting two of my old sets of wheels to a23s. They seem fast and roll like nothing I have ever had in the past 20 years. They say it feels like a tubular but I have never owned one.
