This requires SRAM S3 mounts, you'll need to check if you're bike uses those mounts.

Yes if you have the S3 plate. Cannondale has S2 and S3 mounting kits for the Flash frame.

I went through like 5 of their Epics and they all had S3 mounts that would match up to this.
