Avid's Code brake was much improved in 2011 with more consistent out of the box performance up to the most demanding riding situations. Not content to rest on their laurels, Avid furthered the improvements with a new master cylinder bladder that''s even easier to bleed than previous models. Again it inherits the TaperBore design from Elixir models, and brings power and modulation aplenty with four forged dual diameter pistons. The lever features a sealed bearing main pivot that will never develop annoying play, is MatchMaker compatible for a tightly organized cockpit, and is totally ambidextrous for the convenience of all you southern-hemisphere types.
