A GuestThese tires are better than the Pro 3 . Good on turns and low rolling resistance. Seem to do well with out getting flats

drimartini9I really like the low rolling resistance, cornering capability, and aesthetic. Amazing how much quicker, quieter, and confident I feel coming from a previous tire with tread/texture

mrfetiI've only ridden on these tires once since I got them so take this review for what it's worth. I'm writing this to compare them to the Conti GP4000's (which I love).
I felt like I took a leap of faith switching from Conti GP4000's to the Pro 4's. I've never had much luck with Michelin's in the past and the GP's are friggin awesome (I've gone through 3 pairs of the GP's without a flat!!!)
My initial observation of the Pro 4 was that I couldn't believe how grippy they were. The tires were picking little pieces of dirt and rocks and flinging them at my shins as I was riding.
2nd, I couldn't believe how supple they were. I have a set of tubular Vittoria Evo's (which are very supple) and the michelin's seemed to roll smoother than them.
They seem just as quick as the Conti's I was riding (granted my GP4's are 25mm and the Pro 4's are 23mm... take that for what it's worth).
Price wise, they're about the same as the GP's but I was able to get Tree Fort to price match the Pro 4's for much cheaper than I could ever find the GP's.
If the Michelin's are as durable and as resistant to flats as the Conti's I may have just found my new favorite tire!

duffmanrbI use these tires solely for racing. They are very supple and have great feel, but more importantly, they are crazy grippy. These things are a huge bonus in wet and/or dicey crits when you can confidently take turns faster than everyone around you. I have yet to find the limits of their traction.
Durability seems good but remember that these are race tires. If you want something for the long haul, I recomend the Pro 4 Endurance.
