Review of the Handspun Peloton Series 1 Shimano Ultegra 6700, Mavic Open Pro Silver, DT Competition Silver 3x:
For a heavy (240 lbs) commuter who wants a little speed, these wheels are essential. Its 36 spokes distribute stresses well going up hill, and its light weight let you accelerate when you reach the top.

This is my third rear wheel. I bought as an emergency spare. I thought I heard spoke squawk and I didn't want to wait on a wheel rebuild (My backup bike was in the shop getting annual maintenance). Ends up, my chain stay cracked :( but it is nice having a spare wheel around.

Summed up: Great wheel for heavy commuters.

Yes, I would recomend this to a friend.
