How do you clamp it on if you don't have mounts for bolts?

You can use pipe clamps around your frame for attachment points, or check out some of the options for attaching a bottle cage to your stem or handlebars.

Pink water bottle cage on my daughter's bike. She is 10. Pink components make her ride more. Relatively heavy. Holds well. Very durable, I have used this brand on other bikes. Color selection is good.
