Zoic explains that this short has a 12" inseam and states the short should fall just at the knee. Thank you.

TheBlueMajesticI've tried on several of the more popular shorts (Fox Ranger, Pearl Izumi Canyon, The North Face Cruzer) and these are by far the best fit for me. I'm 5' 8" with a 32" waist and these stop just above my knees. They fit my waist perfectly without having to cinch the waist adjusters and there's no excess material if I did. No booty crack showing when seated either.
I've always ridden in Lycra so I appreciate a slim fit. As baggies go, these have a slim profile and don't get caught by the nose of my saddle. I love the fabric. Very durable yet breathable (i.e. not swampy on 90 degree days) and lots of mesh panels in the right places - look at the strip along the waist in the back. The material doesn't grab or bind the thighs when peddling and I like that I can remove the liner and use whatever I want. My only complaint is that I didn't buy a second pair. Now I have to pay for more shipping!

drewdillerAs an adult male, I first put these on and thought WHY AREN'T other shorts made like this in the groin area? Very forgiving on the ol' reproductive bits, I feel compelled to toss out my conventional lycra shorts due to them suddenly feeling so restrictive by comparison.
The only thing I didn't like were the flimsy retention buttons that keep the chamois/inner attached to the outer short. But, I ended up not caring because I preferred to keep the two layers separate anyway.
Everything else about these are quite good.

stevericeMedium fits, my usually 34" waist.
Love the modular liner approach, can wear with street shorts to kids soccer games, etc.
Not super baggy like the clown shorts of other makers.

A GuestAfter a little research I decided to orde these shorts. They run true to the sizing chart, the actual construction is very good, quality zippers, and the sticthing is top notch. My first impression on a ride was they breath very well, and offer room to move around in the saddle, the leg room is good, not too tight and not loose enough to be bothersome. The number of pockets is incredible!!! I would definatley purchase another pair.

A GuestI really liked these shorts. They seem to do a really good job of breathing and not feeling too bulky. The quality of the pad is good and the lycra liners feel really nice.
With this being said, I am 6' 1" and 165 lbs and wear a 33 waist in my pants. Based on the sizing of these shorts on ZOIC's website, that would put me at a Large. The Large do fit, but I really had to sinch down the waist straps an hour into my ride to keep them from falling down a bit. Sinched as tight as they will go, and they are still too big.
As a result, I would say that they seem to run a bit big, so keep that in mind when ordering.
