SRAM doesn't offer a Q-factor specification for this crankset, but the general consensus around the repair shop here is that it's probably the wider Q-factor.

I am not able to find any bottom bracket spec info for the Element. If your Rocky Mountain Element is BB30, it should work just fine. If it uses a threaded bottom bracket or was spec'd with a Shimano crankset from the factory then this will not work.

This will not work on a Specialized Tri-Cross since the Tri-Cross does not use a BB30 bottom bracket system. Also, it is a mountain crank and will not function with road shifters and components.
