Light enough for cross country racing and strong enough for all mountain, the SRAM X.0 cranks handle it all while providing some of the best shifting chainrings available. Unidirectional carbon-fiber arms stiffen this crank significantly while lightening it up and reducing road buzz through the pedals. An external BB30 bottom bracket significantly increases stiffness by offering a wider support platform and allowing a larger diameter on the crank axle. The pedal interface is reinforced with an aluminum insert for long life. The Q-factor of the X.0 has been revised to optimize it for power and a 49.5mm chainline.
The shifting is precise and snappy because of the X-Glide chainring combinations engineered with 13/14 tooth common-denominators. This positions shift pins and ramps together and enables perfectly timed / placed shift-points.
If looking good while getting muddy is also important to you the Sram X.0's four colors will make sure your kit matches.
