---- Archived Product Data ----
Light enough for cross country racing and strong enough for all mountain, the SRAM X.0 cranks handle it all while providing some of the best shifting chainrings available. Unidirectional carbon-fiber arms stiffen this crank significantly while lightening it up and reducing road buzz through the pedals. An external GXP bottom bracket with drive side integration significantly increases stiffness by offering a wider support platform and allowing a larger diameter on the crank axle. The pedal interface is reinforced with an aluminum insert for long life. The Q-factor of the X.0 has been revised to optimize it for power and a 49.5mm chainline.
The shifting is precise and snappy because of the X-Glide chainring combinations engineered with 13/14 tooth common-denominators. This positions shift pins and ramps together and enables perfectly timed / placed shift-points.
If looking good while getting muddy is also important to you the Sram X.0's four colors will make sure your kit matches.

This is a triple chainring crankset, and cannot be used with a chainguide since that will not allow shifting.

What are the advantages of GXP? Is universal? What i have to do to convert 9 to 10 shifting
A.
anwered by: agerweck
GXP is SRAM's external bottom bracket interface. It is very similar to Shimano's Hollowtech II interface. Advantages are that it uses a larger bearing and spindle over a square taper bottom bracket. To convert to 10 speed you would need an entirely new drivetrain.
