joemoody833It didn't come with very detailed instructions, but I figured it out after a few attempts. This is for emergency inflation, like if there is no other decent pump around. It took a looong time for me to pump my tires to like 10 psi. Although my tires are fat frank 26x2.35, so with that kind of volume I can understand it. The debris plug does have a tendency to come out. I had the problem of the pump being too short after measuring what I thought was correctly as well. I did find however that it fit between the bb and the top tube along the seat tube. Overall though, for its intended purpose, it was worth it for the money.

TJD2011I don't know. Expected a little more heft, even though lightness counts. My real complaint is that it is too short for my frame. I measured everything multiple times based on info from the ad and Topeak's site but still got it wrong. Could be my mistake but not sure. I know how to measure. (I thought)
Also: notice in the picture how the little cap/plug is flapping in the breeze? That's because the dang thing won't fit in the hole no matter what. Come on, Topeak!
