Huge platform with tons of grip. Feel very sturdy also. Like the other reviewer said, they can destroy your shins if you aren't careful!

Excellent pedals and great price! Nice large platform and huge amounts of grip, and its true, these can do some damage to the shins if you're not careful.

Review of the DMR V8 Pedals:

So I jumped on the platform bandwagon with my trance x4. The dmr v8 had pretty consistent reviews so I gave them a shot.
So far I'm not just pleased but impressed. I took the pedals apart upon delivery, regreased them and installed. The bearing adjustment is pretty basic and takes some trial and error to get right. I wouldn't even bother with the syringe, just pull them apart and do it right.
Otherwise, all good. I've already smashed a bunch of rocks and they still look good. The pins are very grippy but not over the top. I wouldn't mind them being just a little bigger overall to accommodate my 5.10 Impacts.
Otherwise, I'd call them a screaming deal for the quality you get.

Best platform for the price. Reduces slipping off pedals significantly but be careful with shin if they do happen to slip.

nice finish, nice grip, good pedal for the money. I agree with other comment that using the injection port for lubricant is probably just OK and you are better off disassembling and doing it thoroughly.

Easy to install, I have big feet(size 13) and my feet felt very comfortable on these. Once set the grips on the pedal held tight and I felt confident enough to just ride... Still don't know why the manufacturer put the grease in the pedal, but that is the only negative so far...
