This is a good lube for single day rides, but after the ride you pretty much need to lube the chain again because most of the lube will end up coming right off. Also after applying the lube you need to run the chain through a rag to clean the excess off. (It is a bit of a pain, but when applied properly the chain does run very smoothly.)
