1st Endurance EFS drink mix is serious business.  I'm not joking, it's really serious, so don't laugh.  They made this drink using science to really make sure you get what you need while you're out exercising.  EFS supplies you with a great amino acid profile to both help your muscles work really well during activity and help your body rebuild after a workout by contributing to your protein building blocks.  Then, as if that weren't serious enough, they threw in 1160mg of a blend of 5 electrolytes per serving to keep you frighteningly hydrated and help your muscles stay cramp free during and after your training.  See?  No joke here, 1st Endurance EFS is seriously awesome.  Seriously.

Review of the 1st Endurance EFS Drink Mix:
I mixed a bottle of EFS Tangerine drink mix to take on my first long distance ride. It was such a relief to be able to drink something other than water that wasn't packed full of sugar. To me the flavor is tolerable and definitely helps to keep me going.

Summed up: A good Drink mix to take on long rides when plain water just isn't enough.

Yes, I would recomend this to a friend.

I like the Lemon Lime, the fruit punch was too sweet for my tastes. If you freeze your bottles the lemon lime tastes like a margarita!
