Review of the Shimano PD-A530 SPD Pedals:
Love these pedals. Good for when you want to tool around on your bike but also great for longer rides when you want to clip in. I pair these with some Pearl Izumi mountain shoes on my touring bike so I have the option and comfort of shoes that I can walk in if I need to.

Summed up: Spin smoothly. Look great.
