Review of the Shimano SL-BS77 9-speed Double/Triple Bar End Shift Levers:
I'm a big fan of simple components that work well and last a long time. Keeping that in mind these are some of the nicest shifters I've used. There are not a lot of moving parts on these and almost nothing that can break. I really like the friction shifting for the front derailleur. It makes it a lot easier to find chainrings and try odd ring setups. The rear works great in the index setting and fairly well in the friction setting (about as well as a 9-speed rear friction shifter could work.) I was so impressed with these that I ended up putting them on both of my road bikes.

Summed up: A good all around shifter set. Dura-Ace quality at an affordable price.

Yes, I would recomend this to a friend.
