If you want a platform pedal that provides a wide stable base in which to place your feet then the Crank Brothers 50/50x's are for you.

They do have the ability to interchange the plates to match the color pattern of your bikes or replace one the has been damaged from aggressive use.

Yes, I would recomend this to a friend.
