Review of the Planet Bike Freddy Fenders Clip On MTB:
Between my family and I, we have 6 bikes including mountan, road, new and old. These Fenders fit on NONE of them. Not worth the cost of postage to return them.

Summed up: Cheap plastic fenders that apparently aren't designed to fit on a bicycle.
