Maxxis does not recommend the use of sealant with their tires.
Using a UST tire on a UST rim shouldn't require the use of a sealant.

Very tough tires. I rely on them for 100 mile races and riding very tough rocky mountain terrain near my house. There are lighter options, but these have tough sidewalls and are durable and have not let me down. I got approx 1000 miles on the back tire over very tough terrain before I replaced it. The front is probably good for twice that.
