agerweckI bought the Chrome Soyuz Backpack to hold my 15" Aluminum Macbook Pro, which it did great, most of the time. The computer pocket is on the the side of the bag, and unfortunately on one occasion I forgot to zip the pocket and my new $3000 computer made it to the bottom of the stairs before I did (but it survived). The bag does an excellent job at containing the laptop and all of the accessories I could need (power cord, mouse, etc). HOWEVER, this is not a good bag if you have other items that need to be carried (books, lunch, etc). The rear roll top pocket is very decieving in size, it is deep but not very functional, I tried to put a sack lunch in it, I had to pry open the pocket to get it to accept my lunch, it then dropped my tasty lunch into the abyss and instantly squashed it, I then had to removed my lunch and carry it for the rest of the day. This bag is made VERY solid, and all of the computer aspects of the bag have been addressed very nicely, but if you need to carry other items with you as well, I would consider one of Chrome's messenger bags instead of the Soyuz.
